Shipping
Due to COVID-19, USPS and UPS Guaranteed Shipping Transit Times have been extended for all services. Delays may occur and are outside Petunias Boutique control. UPS and USPS are not guaranteeing these upgraded services during these times.

 

Allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are insured.  If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 

 

Return Policy

The health and safety of our community, employees and customers is what’s most important.  As a customer-first company, we would like to share with you some temporary steps a we are taking to protect everyone: 

Since the WHO has stated CO-VID19 may persist on surfaces for a few hours or up to several days, we can not accept returns at this time. We would be happy for you to list your items in the group on a resale thread at your own risk. If the item is listed in the group it must be for the original cost. 

Defects or Damaged Items:  

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.  Please be sure to inspect your items and contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email :    petunias.boutique12801@gmail.com
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within that day window and must include the order number and images of the issue.
 
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
